Data Processing Agreement (DPA)
This DPA will govern processing of personal data by GlosiQ (processor) on behalf of Business and Enterprise customers (controllers), pursuant to Article 28 GDPR, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC 2021) for any sub-processors.

Roles. The customer acts as data controller; FLGT srl (GlosiQ) acts as processor for customer content submitted to the platform.
Sub-processors. AI providers are engaged under DPA + SCC 2021 with Zero Data Retention enforced where applicable. EU-based hosting.
Security. Encryption in transit and at rest, granular RBAC, audit logs, configurable PII masking.
The complete DPA, including the sub-processor list and technical and organizational measures annex, will be finalized and validated by legal counsel before public launch. Available to Business/Enterprise customers on request.
